| Patrick Keane is not your typical Irish lad well ok, maybe he is but, he sure has some funny jokes about being an Irish-Catholic growing up Montana, where he spent a lot of time playing football and drinking with his Father. On his new comedy album, ALIVE, BOOTLEGGED & KICKIN, he shares these survival stories and also enlightens us on why an Irish accent sounds Jamaican, and that he is offended when bartenders offer him a drink just because he‘s Irish - but he still takes it. At 11 years old he ran away to Orange, County, CA where he lives now and recorded (bootlegged) this album - unfortunately his parents came with him. Now he spends his time wondering why there are gangs in the OC, why celebrities get off so easy, and if the ‘free Tibet‘ bumper stickers are really working.
Keane has appeared on Comedy Central‘s “Live at Gotham,“ “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson,“ “The Bob and Tom Show,“ “Comics Unleashed,“ The Montreal Comedy Festival, and is a regular at the Improv and the Comedy Store in Hollywood. He was also a cast member on My TV Network‘s “The Tony Rock Project.“ Additionally, he has been the opening act for such comedians such as: Nick Swardson, Bobby Lee, Kevin Nealon, Kevin Pollok, Henry Phillips, Eddie Gossling, Robert Schimmel and Bil Dwyer.
